We were thrilled with our stay at Tybee Lights 110C ! It was an amazing thing to wake up each morning, roll over, and see the ocean waves from our master bedroom! Throughout the day you could see the tanker ships coming back and forth, and my daughter spotted a dolphin or two.
The full kitchen was perfect for cooking a lazy breakfast for our family of 5, and then send them out to play in the surf while we watched them from the window. It is a little chilly still this time of year (March), but that didn’t stop them from enjoying the flat beach in the back of the townhome, and collecting a pile of seashells!
The home is cozy, very well-decorated, and perfectly clean. The welcome pack on the kitchen counter was nice…containing dishsoap, laundry soap, and some snacks for the kiddos.
Our only problem during the stay was the DVD player wouldn’t play in color, and the shower drain was stuck shut…both things that management would have fixed had we called, but we were having too much fun to take the time to call them! No doubt it will be fixed before we have even arrived back in our home town.

My friends and I loved Fannie’s Guest House. We are all over 50, and not too flexible when it comes to good accommodations. We felt as comfortable at your cottage as we would have in our own homes. And believe me, that little house was a welcome retreat, at the end of the day, from that spell of cold weather you guys got that weekend.
We were sad to leave and I would love to stay there again. I’d recommend your cute little house to anyone else headed down your way.

Amy and Carrie, my family and I really enjoyed our time at Tybee during Thanksgiving. Staying at Perky’s Place really allowed us to fellowship and still enjoy the holiday even though we had lost a dear relative. You provided a wonderful place for my family to stay (at very short notice), as well as excellent customer service and heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. Anna is truly a sweetheart and an asset to your establishment. She is diligent and very kind. We appreciate her patience (and yours) in making the reservations so expeditiously and for having everything set and prepared before my family even made it to Savannah (again, at very short notice). You all made it easier to cope with our loss in that we didn’t have to worry about where we were going to house a whole family and still celebrate and cook for the holiday. We’ve always consulted you for our Tybee Rentals, and we will continue to do so as well as refer our friends and other family. Thank you again, and may God continue to bless you. We just spent 7 wonderful days at the Island Retreat. This is our 9th year vacationing in Tybee and found this to be one of the most relaxing and enjoyable trips yet. Island Retreat was all we had dreamed and then some. Our hosts (Amy…we wish we’d met you, Kathy, it was a pleasure) and home were very accommodating. We would like to make Tybee our home someday…but…until this is possible we will continue to let TVR assist in our travel plans. We’re looking forward to our next stay at the Island Retreat!!
We will be returning for our 5th visit to beautiful Tybee in October.We have used TVR 3 of those times and stayed at Tybee Light’s and loved it!!!!
Once again we will be using TVR,but staying at a different property and can’t wait to see how great it will be.We have never been disappointed by TVR.
We hope to retire to Tybee someday……..but until then we will continue to count on TVR to help us with our “TYBEE FIX”.
I loved it. I stayed at the Lighthouse Point property and enjoyed every minute. I enjoyed the friendly staff at the office when I picked up my key and their helpfulness in booking the trip. This was my first trip to Tybee and I cannot wait to come back. Tybee Vacations made a great vacation even better. Thank you and I will see you again.
Wonderful, beautiful, elegant — but fun. This is the perfect place for family gatherings — we have entertained up to 12 people without feeling crowded — lots of room – kitchen to die for — great laundry — hot tub — front and back porches to sit out — what more could one ask — oh yes, 1 1/2 blocks to beach. Parting is such sweet sorrow, especially when it comes to leaving Tybee Island and Savannah. This was or third time staying with Tybee Vacation Rentals it was great as always. The Properties are always clean, comfortable and well maintained, the wireless internet is a nice touch. Thanks for the champagne and card for our 16th wedding anniversary. Appreciated the call to make sure we were all set and didn’t need anything. We have visited late spring, summer and fall any time is great on Tybee Island. The Tybee Lights property is a excellent location can’t get any closer to the ocean there, The Gull cottage is a nice secluded getaway. We are thinking of Christmas on Tybee next. I would recommend Tybee Vacation Rentals to anyone, the check in and out is seamless and easy the directions to the property are easy to follow for the new comers that may know the island yet. We stayed at Lure of Tybee and it was very nice. The home was clean and fresh when we arrived. Check in was a breeze.
The vacation rental staff were easily assessible and very helpful at every juncture of our trip. We chose Lure of Tybee because of it’s proximity to the boat ramp. Don’t make that mistake. The boat ramp is easy to access, but you can’t put the boat in the water with any ease. You actually have to unhitch the trailer from the vehicle and roll it down to get the boat off and then the same in reverse for the loading. If you have a small, small boat or a kayak, this works better. Other than that, that end of the beach is the best place to be. If you go on the beach past the Jetty, you have little pools of water that are about 3 feet and it’s perfect for small children during low tide. When the tide changes, beware and get all small children out of the strong current.
We very much enjoyed our trip and again the house was beautiful and very well maintained. This is great spot for a vacation.

My family of 6 included 2 teenage friends, and we really enjoyed our week on Tybee Island. The island gave the kids just the right amount of freedom, and me the right amount of security. I felt very safe letting them walk on the beach at night, or bicycling to the pier and shops. It was a perfect getaway for parents of teens. They drove into Savannah a couple of times and that was fine, easy for them to navigate to. We let them drive down in their car, their first mini road trip, just 5 hours and we were just ahead of them, so again, freedom for them and security for me. The house was at 2nd and 7th and we biked to the YMCA to work out in their well appointed gym every day. The beach was only 2 blocks away, not crowded and very clean. Warm water and little waves for kids, perfect beach. The best kept secret in Georgia, and we enjoyed this trip way better than Florida. We brought our sport boat and drove into Savannah, docked at River Street for free (cheaper than parking!) and had brunch at Huey’s, killer beignets! Saw dolphins and manta rays, amazing. Did some fishing, deserted islands, remarkable. Can’t wait to do Tybee again! Tybee Vacation Rentals was easy and convenient on your way onto island. Could not have been easier! We just spent some time at Tybee Beach at Fannies Guest House. We are from Maine and I found this house on Tybee Vacation Rentals. We could have not been more pleased with what we found when arriving. The house was clean and well equipped for our stay. We had a nice welcome cooler with some essentials for our first night. The beach was just a very short walk away. I was glad now that I didn’t pick a condo on the ocean front. It was peaceful where we were and not alot of traffic in the area. We will definently stay here again. The folks at TVR were pleasant and called the first night to make sure there were no issues. We couldn’t have left more pleased.
My friends, family and I just returned from Tybee and had the best time. It was our third trip to the island and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in Monkey Business this time. The place was clean, beautiful and modern. All the space and amenities were great. Just a stones throw from the beach with an elevator, who could ask for more. We can’t wait for our next visit to one of our favorite beach destinations.

We just got back from a fabulous vacation on Tybee with a few of our friends. We rented the Love Shack on Tybee for the week and LOVED it! The screened in porch was perfect and allowed us all the space we needed to do our own thing or play some cards. The walk to the beach, local restaurants, or shopping was easy and a breeze. The hot tub was also a nice bonus. We will most certainly come back to visit. Thank you for all of your help.

Our family had an amazing visit to Tybee Island on March 20-23 and was very comfortable and impressed with the English Rose Cottage we rented from Tybee Vacation Rentals!! Your staff was wonderful!!
