How can you leave part of the family behind? Vacation homes have become pet-friendly places, and while you can’t walk your pet on Tybee Island’s beach just yet, they are working on it! There are two dog parks on Tybee Island: one for big dogs and one for small ones, so you have a place to let your dogs run.

Want to rent a movie and don’t want to go far? Tybee Vacation Rentals and the Tybee Vacation Information Center has a DVD rental machine on the premises and it’s available 24 hours everyday. It holds over 600 movies, from the oldies to new releases to kids movies. All you need is a credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Movies range from 99 cents to $3.99 for new releases and you have 24 hours to return the DVD.
We are located at: 1010 Hwy 80 at the Tybee Vacation Rentals office. The DVD Rental machine is located to the right of the staircase and is accessible 24 hours a day for your convenience!

Tybee is a small island, only about 2 by 3 miles; hence parking is a problem. Space is limited and you must pay wherever you park whether there are meters stationed there or not. Don’t be fooled if a meter is not at your spot–you must have paid parking notices in your window.
