They even have cups for your drinks as alcohol IS permitted. Each cab carries 2 adults and they are on call from 10:00 am to midnight on weekend. Other arrangements can be made. The pink building on the Strand, right in the heart of Tybee’s busy district, is the home of Fannies on the Beach.
