Sand Jam Volleyball Tournament - Saturday, September 20th beginning at 8:00 am sponsored by the YMCA of Tybee. $40 per team (4), high school teams welcome. Event takes place at the Tybee Island Memorial Park Sand Courts. Proceeds benefit the YMCA’s Priceless Gifts Campaign. Medals are awarded to the top teams. Drive-in Theater - remember the drive in? Let Tybee transport you back. September 11th at the North Beach. “Summer Rental” - a comedy - will be showing. $10 per vehicle; $5 for individuals/walkers (bring an FM radio). Gates open at 6:30; movie starts at 9:00.

HOG Rally
Harley enthusiasts strut their stuff.
Clam Jam - October 4th 4:00-9:00 pm Pelican Point. Celebrate the bounty of Sapelo Sound where our rivers meet the sea–clams, oysters, shrimp and music. Proceeds support Altamaha Riverkeeper’s protection work. $75 pp; $100 per couple; $30 if 30 or younger-$30 with commercial fishing license.
Tybee Island Pirate Fest
Arrggghhh. The 4th annual event is one of Tybee’s most popular and is fun for all ages! Come to the Buccaneer’s Ball.
12th Annual Tybee Art Fair - October 18th and 19th
Historic Savannah Foundation Gala - October 25th -
Historic Savannah Foundation Gala at the Beacon Discount - The Gala is a formal, black-tie, sit-down dinner event which is a fundraiser for the foundation. The event will take place on the grounds of the Tybee Lightstation on Saturday, October 25th. TVR has several properties within walking distance of the event and is offering attendees a 10% discount on their stay, 2 night minimum applies. Event details: www.historicsavannahfoundation.org .
