Some of the best food on Tybee for reasonable prices can be found at Burton’s On the Beach. This is a walk up restaurant that cooks all food to order and some say the  hamburgers are by far the best on Tybee.  Philly cheesesteak is great too.  Location: 1605 Inlet Ave; 912.786.9655.

Tybee Island now has a doctor on the island AND an Urgent Care facility. Located at 602 First Ave., the Beach Doc is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for complete medical care when you need it, where you need it.  He will make house calls, or you can come to the clinic.  The number is 912.786.8389.
