St. Patrick’s Day on Tybee and in Savannah
Cead Mile Failte – One Hundred Thousand Welcomes!!! Tis the season of the Irish and the big event is just around the corner.
March 13th, 2010 - 3:00 pm – Come to Tybee and see the parade which runs south on Butler beginning at 4th going to Tybrisa. Bigger and better than ever, see the Junkaroo’s, the pink and green ladies, dogs, cars, floats and more.
March 18th, 2010 – The New York Shields Bagpipe Band will be at the Crab Shack. Many of these officers were first responders at 9/11 and have amazing stories to tell. They’ll play the pipes.
March 17th, 2010 - 10:00 am – Savannah will have her big celebration. The parade starts at 10:00 am and will wind down through the historic district of Savannah. Tybee will have a bus that will take you downtown and bring you back–no parking, no hassles. Watch the site for information.
