Kids Sea Camp 2008
The Tybee Island Marine Science Center will offer a series of Sea Camps for children pre-K through 6th grade. Sea Camps are taught by a staff marine science educator or certified teacher, with volunteer assistants. The class size is limited to 15 and they fill up quickly. Fees are Pre-K-K, $45 for members and $65 for non-members; Grades 1-6, $80 for members and $100 for non-members.

Pre-K – K (Ages 4 and up)
June 16-20 – MWF from 10-11:30 – Mini Beach Explorers
July 21-25 – MWF from 2-4:00 – Coastal Critters
August 11-15 – MWF from 10-11:30 – Sea Squirts
Grades 1-2
June 23-27 M-F from 10-12:00 – A Hidden Universe
July 7-11 – M-F from 2-4:00 – Peanut Butter and Jellyfish
July 21-15 (M-F) from 10-12:00 – Sea-sational Science
July 28-August 1 (M-F) from 10-12:00 – Sea Camp Junior
Grades 3-4
June 23-27 (M-F) from 2-4:00 – Giants of the Sea
June 30-July 3 (M-Th) from 10-12:30 – Water Wonders
July 7-11 (M-F) from 10-12:00 – Wacky World of Invertebrates
July 14-18 (M-F) from 10-12:00 – Small and Spineless
Grades 5-6
June 30-July 3 (M-Th) from 2-4:30 – Whales
July 14-18 (M-F) from 2-4:00 – Ocean Reptiles
