My husband Frank and I had dinner at the Hunter House on Saturday night. Frank ordered the Trigger Fish which he’d never had before. It was light and cooked perfectly. I ordered the local Sea Bass which was encrusted with crushed Macadamia and served with a pesto. Our meals were superb and as always the service was exceptional. Frank and I always enjoy the Hunter House and recommend it highly.
The Hunter House is the best fine dining restaurant on Tybee and Chef Espy is Tybee’s #1 chef according to ALL the locals. The fillet mignon is TO DIE FOR and his fresh seafood specials are outstanding. Full bar is available, great wine selection, excellent service from friendly knowledgeable staff. Quaint cottage style atmosphere.
