The Crab Shack is a Tybee icon. They offer steamed or boiled seafood, BBQ ribs and chicken served low country style at the water’s edge on Chimney Creek. The do private parties and have a gator lagoon and exotic birds. There are lunch specials for $6.99 until 3 pm daily. Prices rate $10 and up. 912.786.9857. The Crab Shack offers specials throughout the year, but one of the favorites is the visit by the Junkanoo Tribe. This colorful and talented group appear in the Tybee St. Patrick’s Day parade and then nightly at the Crab Shack on that weekend. Watch for the exact dates on the events calendar.

Really a fun place. Reminds me of Jimmy Buffet and Margaritaville. The gators are great for the kids and the food is good. Gift shop has fun items. This really is a Tybee icon and a "must" for new visitors.
