Tybee Island Marine Science Center (MSC) is a wonderful discovery where science meets the sea! Located at 1510 Strand at the foot of the Tybee Pier, the MSC offers an array of activities including beach discovery walks, field trips for all ages, Scout patch programs, squid dissection labs, “Gyotaku” fish printing, hands-on center tour, summer sea camp, Tybee turtle talks, and Tuesday lectures. They have packages for birthday parties, holiday classes, and family programs. This non-profit organization’s mission is to promote the appreciation, conservation and understanding of the marine ecosystem of coastal Georgia through education and services.
